Responsibilities

• Supervise workers and projects
• Train or arrange training for staff
• Set up machines and equipment
• Recommend personnel actions
• Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces
• Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or masonry surfaces

Experience and Skills Required

• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in waterproofing
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel

Work Environment

• Outdoors
• Noisy, at heights, and potentially dangerous conditions

Physical Demands

• Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Handling heavy loads and physically demanding tasks
