Our client is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Mississauga, ON. Visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: Mississauga, ON
• Salary: $45.50 per hour, plus 1% commission per sale
• Terms of Employment: Term or contract, Full-time
• Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs
• Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
• Promote sales to existing clients
• Read blueprints to determine dimensions and material requirements
• Recommend products or services to customers
• Identify and solicit potential clients
• Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits
• Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
• Provide input into product design to suit client needs
• Consult with clients after sale for ongoing support
• Train staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
• Supervise activities of technical sales specialists
• Organize and maintain inventory

Qualifications

• Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate/diploma (1-2 years)
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field
• Languages: English
