Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager in Hamilton, Ontario. This position is open to candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Immigration support may be provided for qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and recommend products or services.
• Solicit potential clients and assess their needs.
• Prepare and administer sales contracts.
• Use sales forecasting software to predict future sales.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale.

Work Environment

This is a full-time permanent position requiring on-site work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role involves supervising 3-4 staff members.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
• Languages: Proficiency in English.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $27.00 per hour, with 40 hours of work per week.
