• Salary: $44.50/hour, 40 hours per week

Overview

Work Setting: Various locations. Work must be completed at the physical location; remote work is not an option.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs
• Promote sales to existing clients
• Recommend products or services to customers
• Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services
• Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services
• Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
• Direct the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
• Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
• Plan and manage the facility’s operations budget
• Organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Coordinate work activities with other departments

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Language: English
