About the Position

Visa Sponsorship: Immigration support is potentially available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques
• Demonstrate professionalism in customer service
• Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
• Load and unload goods
• Obtain special permits and documents for transporting cargo internationally
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
• Oversee vehicle conditions; inspect tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment
• Process payments for goods
• Perform brake adjustments
• Execute emergency roadside repairs
• Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
• Carry out preventive maintenance
• Relay information to central dispatch
• Record cargo information, service hours, and fuel consumption
• Ensure safety and security of cargo during transport
• Transport and manage dangerous goods

Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Will train

Languages: English
