Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Truck Dispatcher for a permanent, full-time position. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, including those with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Immigration support may potentially be available for the right candidate.

• Winnipeg, MB
• On site

Salary

• $30.16 per hour
• 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment

• Permanent full-time employment
• Overtime required, working various shifts including mornings, days, and weekends

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain work records and logs
• Monitor personnel workloads and locations
• Organize warehouse and work areas
• Perform general office duties
• Provide customer service
• Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
• Handle emergency dispatches as required
• Follow up on issues with work orders
• Keep track of shipments
• Maintain vehicle operator work records
• Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
