Remote Total Rewards Partner

Our client is seeking a Total Rewards Partner to join their Human Resources team. This is a fully remote position based in Canada, and immigration support is available for qualified candidates.

The Opportunity

As a Total Rewards Partner, you will advise senior functional leaders on the design, application, and delivery of compensation and headcount planning programs. Working closely with executive leaders and their staff as part of the Talent Leadership Trio, you will help shape the overall talent strategy for the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the compensation and headcount planning advisor to executive functional leaders, guiding pay programs and talent strategy.
• Participate in leadership meetings as an embedded member of the Talent Leadership Trio.
• Advise on compensation matters for hires, promotions, and business transformations, ensuring alignment with organizational philosophy.
• Interpret job architecture and salary ranges, leveraging centralized Compensation and Equity teams as required.
• Monitor market trends to surface risks and recommend course corrections to leadership.
• Facilitate compensation cycles and off-cycle programs while providing context to investment decisions.
• Provide feedback to centralized Compensation and Benefits teams on program effectiveness and evolving business needs.
• Utilize the Compensation Analyst for complex analyses and ensure efficient resource use.
• Stay updated on Total Rewards programs and market developments through ongoing partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in compensation, rewards, or total rewards consulting, preferably in a tech environment.
• Ability to advise leaders on compensation strategy and market trends.
• Familiarity with market pricing and bonus plan administration.
• Strong analytical, spreadsheet, and communication skills; experience with systems like Workday is preferred.

Gross Base Salary: $124,400—$230,600 CAD
