Our client is currently seeking a Full-time Supervisor for a location in Fort Frances, Ontario. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for guest service and previous customer service experience.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you will oversee team member activities during shifts to ensure high standards in service, cleanliness, and guest experience are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example and treat every team member and guest with respect.
• React promptly to issues that require attention during shifts.
• Provide clear direction to team members.
• Create a motivating work environment to help team members meet goals.
• Report team member performance to management.
• Maintain optimal service levels through demonstrated floor leadership.
• Respond to guest service complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Tim Hortons operating standards.
• Manage product merchandising and stock levels.
• Oversee shift cash procedures.
• Assist in driving sales during shifts.
• Complete required shift documentation.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Secondary (High) School Graduation Certification or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Enthusiasm for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to team success.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (45 lbs).

Working Conditions

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
• Salary: From $17.85 per hour (negotiable based on experience).
• Physical demands include extended periods of standing and walking.
• Various shift schedules available: Day, Night, Holidays, and Weekends.
