Salary: $41,000 to $75,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 32 to 45 hours per week

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.

• Ensure timely and efficient resolution of technical support requests.
• Document and update processes and procedures for future reference.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: 5 years or more in a related field
