Position: Technical Support Analyst

Salary: $25.50 hourly

Job Details

Education

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• Equivalent experience is also considered

Experience

• 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
• Respond to users experiencing difficulties with their computers
• Consult user guides and technical manuals to research and implement solutions
• Maintain a log of problems and solutions for other technical support analysts
• Provide support for business systems, networks, and the Internet
• Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of software and systems

Computer and Technology Knowledge

• Networking software and hardware
• Networking security
• Internet and servers
• Desktop applications (including MS Office and SharePoint)
