Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist for an in-house position. Visa sponsorship is available for international applicants, including individuals with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales or other contracts
• Identify and solicit potential clients
• Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services
• Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from goods or services
• Prepare and administer sales contracts
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
• Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions
• Provide presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
• Resolve product and service-related problems
• Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services
• Provide customer service and information
• Organize conferences and meetings
• Determine staffing requirements
• Conduct sales calls
• Present and explain proposals to clients
• Oversee the preparation of sales or contracts

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 5 years or more in sales and marketing with a focus on market analysis and legal services
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheets
