Position: Technical Product Manager

Take an active part in shaping the product portfolio at our client! We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to work with the product management team on roadmap and strategy across various products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Help manage the Hardware roadmap for all products including the Operating System and Hypervisor.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product compatibility, performance optimization, and feature enablement across various hardware devices.
• Drive requirements gathering, prioritization, and execution for hardware-related OS features (e.g., power management, drivers, firmware updates).
• Engage with stakeholders to perform market and customer needs analysis to develop market opportunity assessments and business model proposals.
• Partner with OEMs and silicon vendors to support hardware bring-up and certification processes.
• Lead and support the analysis of product-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct detailed win-loss analysis to understand customer decision-making and competitive positioning.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies, product launches, and lifecycle management in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Articulate and foster the value proposition for products and services to customers and key external partners.
• Develop marketing enablement tools such as white papers, presentations, and competitive analysis.
• Be a prime contact for webinars, tradeshows, customer meetings, and other outbound events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical degree, diploma, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Product Management.
• Recent embedded experience with ARM or x86-based embedded hardware and/or software.
• Experience with electronic systems and/or other embedded devices.
• Proven embedded software development with C, C++.
• The desire to learn and embrace new knowledge.
• Influencing skills to align people on a common vision.
• The ability to engage with various customers at both engineering and business levels.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Additional Assets

• Knowledge and experience with functional safety or cybersecurity standards such as ISO 21434, ISO 26262, IEC 61508, etc.
