Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Supervisor of Heavy Equipment Operators for their location in Ingonish Beach, NS. This position is open to international applicants, and visa sponsorship may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend measures to improve productivity.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities.
• Supervise workers and manage projects.
• Train or arrange for training.
• Utilize computers in snowmaking operations.
• Operate fan snow guns and monitor snowmaking operations.
• Perform snow maintenance operations, including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment.

Job Details

• Location: Ingonish Beach, NS
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $30.00 to $47.50 per hour (negotiable)
• Terms of Employment: Full-time, term or contract
• Work Hours: 35 to 48 hours per week
• Special Commitments: Night, Weekend, Shift, On call

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 5 years or more
