Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee retail operations. Immigration support may be available for qualified candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Salary: $40.87 per hour (40 hours per week)
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues related to customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Supervise office and volunteer staff

Experience and Education Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 2 to less than 3 years
