Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Store Manager for their retail business. The role involves directing and controlling daily operations, planning and organizing activities, managing staff, and overseeing procurement of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
• Resolve issues, including customer requests and supply shortages

Supervision

• Supervise 3-4 staff members

Work Conditions

• Ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

• 2 years to less than 3 years

Languages

• English
