Our client is seeking a Steel Stud Framer – Carpentry for a permanent full-time position located in Calgary, AB. We provide potential visa sponsorship for overseas candidates, including options for those with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week

Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes using measuring tools.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware.
Qualifications
Education
No degree, certificate, or diploma.
Experience
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Languages
English
Additional Requirements
- Steel-toed safety boots are required.
- Work must be completed at the physical location; there is no option to work remotely.
