Grow your career as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) while enjoying a work-life balance in rural Alberta. This is a multi-site position based out of the Bonnyville Community Health Services Site, providing services in both Bonnyville Community Health Services and Bonnyville Healthcare Centre. As an essential member of a supportive interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, your role will keep you busy as you work to the full scope of practice of a SLP with clients who have various needs. You will assess, create care plans, and treat using evidence-based practices, making a significant difference in the lives of your clients.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide clinical professional practice both independently and collaboratively with a team that may include external partners. Your responsibilities include providing prevention, health promotion, assessment, intervention, and case management. You will actively participate in planning, coordinating, and delivering rehabilitation services with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and other partners.
Your leadership and interpersonal skills will aid you in supervising students and providing clinical guidance to other staff as appropriate. You will use your clinical expertise to inform ongoing quality improvement, service integration, and program development.
