About the Team

The Social Campaigns Manager will spearhead the social strategy and execution for global campaigns. Collaborating closely with regional teams and agency partners, this role aims to bring significant brand campaigns to life from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all social channels and possess substantial experience in integrated, global brand campaigns.

A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do

• Outline the social strategy for global brand campaigns in collaboration with global and regional brand management, creative, and PR, ensuring the approach is communicated to regional teams.
• Facilitate input and feedback from regional teams to align campaign plans with global consistency.
• Map out creative briefs and deliverables for campaigns, shaping the development of social assets and toolkits for regional partners.
• Work with PR to deliver an integrated approach to social that maximizes earned conversations.
• Create reports to measure campaign impact against objectives and identify learnings for future improvements.
• Partner with platforms and external entities to innovate ways to launch key campaigns on social media, integrating best practices and trends.
• Support the development of our client’s global social function and establish effective cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in social media, specifically focusing on integrated brand campaigns.
• Proven track record co-creating strategies that support brand, product, and consumer objectives.
• Skilled in creating briefs that inspire breakthrough creativity.
• Adept in the latest trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, measurement, and technology.
• Excellent relationship-building skills for working with diverse internal and external teams.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop innovative social strategies aligned with business and brand goals.
• Experience in a matrixed organization.

Compensation and Benefits Package

Our client offers a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team efforts. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 to $135,900 CAD annually, varying based on market location, expertise, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees may also be eligible for annual bonuses subject to program eligibility.
