About This Team
The Social Campaigns Manager will lead the social strategy and execution of global campaigns, collaborating closely with regional and cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute important brand initiatives from conception to completion. The ideal candidate is fluent in all social channels and has substantial experience in integrated, global brand campaigns.

A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do

  • Outline the social strategy for global brand campaigns in collaboration with global and regional brand management, creative, and PR, then cascade the approach to regional teams.
  • Facilitate input and feedback from regional teams to ensure their needs are met while reviewing regional campaign plans for alignment and consistency globally.
  • Map out the creative brief and deliverables for campaigns, shaping the development of social assets and toolkits for regional partners.
  • Work with PR to deliver an integrated approach to social that maximizes earned conversation.
  • Create reports measuring campaign impact against objectives and identify learnings to enhance effectiveness.
  • Partner with platforms and external partners to identify new and innovative ways to launch key campaigns on social media, integrating best practices and trends.
  • Support the development of the global social function and establish collaboration with cross-functional partners as part of the global operating model.

    • Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in social, focusing on integrated brand campaigns.
  • Proven experience in creating strategies supporting a brand’s and consumer’s objectives.
  • Skilled in creating briefs that inspire breakthrough creativity.
  • Aware of the latest trends and best practices in social, digital marketing, measurement, and technology.
  • Strong relationship-building skills for collaborating with internal and external teams.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to develop innovative social strategies that align with business and brand goals.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization.

    Compensation and Benefits Package
    Our client offers a pay-for-performance philosophy to recognize exceptional individual and team performance. The hiring range for this position is typically between $103,500–$135,900 CAD annually, depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
