Our client is seeking a Social Media Coordinator. Visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Location: 901 King St W, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 3H5
• Work Location: Hybrid
• Salary: $18.00 to $30.00 per hour (To be negotiated), 8 to 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Term or contract, Part-time leading to full-time
• Special Commitments: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On-call, Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes
• Develop communication strategies
• Develop policies
• Evaluate communication strategies and programs
• Implement communication strategies and programs
• Publicize activities, workshops, meetings and other events for fundraising or information purposes
• Perform administrative tasks
• Act as spokesperson for the organization
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
• Perform data entry
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Implement new administrative procedures

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: Experience an asset
• Languages: English
