Our client is seeking a Shift Manager for a fast food restaurant. Visa sponsorship for overseas candidates may be available.

Job Details

• Location: 305 – Riverfront Road, Weyburn, SK, S4H 3R5
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 hourly (To be negotiated), 30 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Shift: Flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights, and weekends
• Vacancies: 3

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Establish work schedules

Supervision

• Supervise 5-10 staff members including food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen helpers

Qualifications

Languages

English

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role

• Basic security clearance

• Own transportation required
