Job Overview

Our client is currently seeking a Shift Manager for a fast food restaurant in Vancouver, BC. This position offers potential immigration support, including options for candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Salary: $20.00 hourly
• Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full time
• Work Setting: On site

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Hire food service staff.
• Ensure food and service quality control standards are met.
• Address customer complaints or concerns.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
• Balance cash and complete cash reports.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Motivate staff and lead training sessions.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a similar position is an asset.
• Proficient in English.
