Our client is seeking a Shift Manager for a fast food restaurant. This is a full-time permanent position with potential visa sponsorship available for international candidates.

Job Details

• Location: Vancouver, BC
• Salary: $20.00 per hour, 30 to 40 hours per week
• Work Environment: On site
• Work Hours: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours
• Vacancies: 3

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Provide customer service
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Motivate staff

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: Previous experience in the field is an asset
• Languages: English is required
