Job Overview

• Work location: On site
• Salary: $18.65 per hour for 35 hours per week

• Special commitments: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff preparing and portioning food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customer complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules

Supervision

• Supervision of 5-10 people including cooks and food service attendants
