Job Overview

We’re seeking a Server/Shift Leader to join us at our client’s establishment! This is a hybrid position, offering mostly serving shifts with occasional Shift Leading shifts. Our client operates a backcountry lodge inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. The menu features campfire inspired cuisine & wood-fired rotisserie specialties served alongside award-winning spirits. It is the ONLY distillery located in a Canadian National Park, making their spirits unique.

Roles and Responsibilities

Server:
The ideal candidate will meet the highest standards for service. You need equal parts service (the action of helping or doing work for someone) and hospitality (the quality of receiving visitors). Not only are you responsible for delivering flawless and enjoyable service to all guests, but you also need to ensure that customers feel your genuine love for where you work and what you do.

Shift Leader:
Shift leaders ensure smooth restaurant service in assistance to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Responsibilities include liaising with front-of-house and back-of-house teams, addressing customer concerns and complaints, and setting up the restaurant for successful service by managing all front-of-house team members.
