If you possess deep experience from the retail, home decor, or furniture industries and have managed complex supply chains, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement logistics strategies that reduce costs and improve operational flow
  • Coordinate all aspects of inbound and outbound shipments, from booking to final delivery
  • Ensure customs and shipping documentation is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
  • Negotiate with carriers and freight forwarders to secure optimal rates and service
  • Review and approve transportation and customs invoices, maintaining budget control
  • Stay informed on changing tariffs, regulations, and global trade policies
  • Work cross-functionally with purchasing, customer service, and warehousing to ensure aligned logistics operations
  • Analyze logistics KPIs and generate performance reports for continuous improvement
  • Manage supplier payments and maintain organized, timely financial records
  • Provide mentorship to logistics staff and support team growth

    • What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of logistics or supply chain experience within the retail, home decor, or furniture sectors
  • Strong command of global shipping, customs clearance, and international trade compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage freight operations, negotiate rates, and ensure service excellence
  • Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Certification or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
