What You Can Expect to Do Here:

• Participate in the design of plans, preliminary estimations, and details for commercial and industrial building projects.
• Electrical design for building Power distribution, Fire Alarm, Grounding, Lightning Protection, Emergency Power, and Life Safety Generator systems.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to the design team, be the design lead, and represent the company to the clients. Prepare calculations, conceptual and detailed designs, technical specifications, installation details, permit/tender/post-tender services, and perform contract administration (CA) services.
• Prepare contract documents, professional signing and sealing, and collaborate with Project Managers (PMs), senior engineers, designers, and 3D modelers for project submission.
• Take ownership of multiple concurrent projects as a Project Manager and Lead Engineer throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring to Us:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and registered P.Eng. with PEO.
• 15 years of experience designing electrical systems for commercial and industrial building projects.
• Complete understanding of building electrical engineering requirements, Codes, and Standards.
• Strong technical background to guide and mentor intermediate and junior engineers.
• Liaise with contractors and advocate for the electrical designs.

Must be eligible for Reliability clearance.
