About This Role

As the Senior Director, you will lead the development and execution of impactful brand marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engage guests while driving business results. This includes overseeing end-to-end campaign execution and leading a team of brand marketers to formulate strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand campaigns across multiple channels including digital, retail, media, and events.
• Drive the calendar strategy for brand activities with a 2-year planning horizon, focusing on business priorities and consumer insights.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team while managing brand communications.
• Create meaningful connections through innovative experiences and activations.
• Manage stakeholders and guide teams to achieve the strategic vision.
• Guide the team in delivering strong briefs that inspire creativity and drive impact.
• Engage senior brand leaders in the marketing vision and strategies.
• Lead marketing analysis and results sharing across teams to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage the annual operating budget for campaign portfolios and ensure accountability.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns for leading brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; extensive experience in retail, apparel, sport, or product marketing sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven record in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in managing omnichannel campaigns based on guest and product insights.
• Energetic and creative thinker with knowledge of future marketing trends.
• Experience in creative brief development and collaboration with teams/agencies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage teams through storytelling.
• Adaptable and positive, capable of managing changing priorities.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with experience preparing presentations for executives.

Compensation and Benefits Package

Our client offers a compensation range that emphasizes performance and recognizes individual and team achievements, with a typical range between $187,400 – $246,000 CAD annually. Additional components of the total rewards package may include:
