Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Data Architect to design and shape a cutting-edge, enterprise-level data ecosystem that supports smarter decision-making across a global organization. You will report directly to the Chief Data Officer and collaborate with executive stakeholders to build a centralized data warehouse and scalable data architecture framework from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to own the vision, strategy, and execution of a future-state data platform for a company that engages millions of healthcare professionals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and evolve enterprise-wide data models (operational and dimensional)
  • Lead architecture efforts for a new centralized data warehouse and ecosystem
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Application Development, BI, and Security teams
  • Build data solutions that power business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning use cases
  • Define and implement best practices in metadata, master data management, and data governance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on strategic data initiatives
  • Create architectural playbooks and reusable frameworks to scale data usage company-wide
  • Champion cloud-first, modern data architecture principles (data lakes, event-driven pipelines, etc.)

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture and modeling
  • 3+ years working with globally distributed teams in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to build data warehouses, lakes, and centralized data hubs
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake, AWS (Glue, Athena, Kinesis), and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Proficiency in Python for data transformation or orchestration
  • Skilled in designing models for AI, BI, and ML enablement (a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with C-level executives
  • Experience in healthcare, digital marketing, or user behavior analytics is highly desirable
  • Passionate about innovation and data-driven decision-making

  • Language: English
  • Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
  • Reasons for the Language Requirement: Communication with Clients, Internal Team Collaboration, To Support Operations in another region, Rapport with Partners or Stakeholders from different cultures
