About the Team
The North America Brand Marketing team is responsible for creating brand marketing efforts across all channels to deliver guest communication for the North America business.

Position Overview
As Senior Brand Manager, you will report to the Sr. Manager, NA Brand. You are responsible for bringing the brand to guests through various campaigns across diverse channels. This role is centered within the marketing organization and involves providing leadership across all marketing channels and brand creative, bringing to life innovative integrated campaigns that elevate initiatives with sound business strategies.

Core Responsibilities

• Refine and evolve the North America Brand Marketing Strategy.
• Lead large-scale and complex marketing initiatives/campaigns requiring development of strategy, cross-functional marketing plans, and execution of integrated omni-channel campaigns.
• Manage cross-functional partner enrollment, ensuring any partnership integrations and moments are resourced, planned for, and executed.
• Develop clear creative briefs that inspire creative teams and drive impact, including insight development, competitor and market trends, and target audience messaging.
• Support creative development with internal or external agencies, providing strategic advice rooted in clear business and brand needs.
• Inform global brand strategies with regional insights, developing localized marketing plans and messaging architecture.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute best-in-class campaigns and enhance consumer experience across various touchpoints.
• Manage project roadmap, budget tracking, and deliverables with the support of a Brand Specialist while setting and driving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, with 8-10 years of experience in marketing or agency roles within the Retail, Apparel, Sport, or product marketing sectors.
• Deep understanding of brand and product marketing, leveraging insights to drive omnichannel initiatives.
• Energetic, creative thinker with a strong grasp of future marketing trends, culture, and competitive dynamics.
• Extensive experience in creative brief development and collaboration with creative teams/agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools and timeline development.
• Adaptive to managing changing priorities and business needs.
• Strong strategic thinking skills and comfort with ambiguity.
• Engagement with trends in sport, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment culture.
• Experience working with professional athletes or top-tier influencers is valued.

Compensation and Benefits
Our client offers a compensation package grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy, recognizing exceptional performance. The typical hiring range is from $103,500 to $135,900 CAD annually. The base pay offered will depend on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
