The Opportunity

As a Senior Analyst, you will support industry-leading Operational Technologies (OT) transformation projects, specifically around Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS), while also engaging in other Infrastructure Advisory projects in Canada and the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Compiling analysis and preparing deliverables for project phases.
• Applying specialized knowledge to produce high-quality work products.
• Developing and presenting recommendations to clients based on technical knowledge.
• Integrating research findings to develop alternative solutions.
• Proactively expanding knowledge in your area of expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the electric utility sector or management consulting.
• Knowledge of Grid Management & Modernization Solutions Deployment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 2-4 years of experience or a Master’s degree.
• 2-4+ years of experience in a business/consulting environment.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
• Some travel may be required.
