Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor for their retail establishment. This position offers opportunities for candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit, and visa sponsorship may be considered.

Overview

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Languages: English

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including apprentices and sales team
• Assign duties to sales workers
• Order merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
• Resolve customer requests and complaints
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Co-ordinate activities of workers

Supervision

• Supervise 3-4 staff including cashiers and retail salespersons
