Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Sales Supervisor – Retail who will play a vital role in managing sales operations. We are open to applicants from various backgrounds, including candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: 7902 Sparrow Drive, Leduc, AB, T9E 7G2
• Salary: $23.65/hour, for 30 to 35 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Work Location: On site
• Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
• Language: English

Responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange training for staff
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Order and authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules and sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Manage cash and oversee payroll administration
• Supervise office and volunteer staff
