Our client is seeking a Sales Supervisor – Retail to join their team. Immigration support may be available, including possibilities for candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. This is a great opportunity for international applicants.

Job Details

• Location: Calgary, AB
• Salary: $36.20 hourly for 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Special Commitments: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning

Responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Languages: English
• Workplace Information: On site, no option to work remotely
