Job Summary
Position: Sales Supervisor – Retail
Location: Baie Verte, NL
Salary: $16.00 hourly (35 to 40 hours per week)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of the sales team.
- Ensure a high level of customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as necessary.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Prepare reports to track sales performance and set targets.
Job Requirements
Education
No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Experience
1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Language
English
Work Conditions
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Flexibility in working hours is required including evenings and weekends.
