Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor. We welcome applications from international candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Work Location: On-site
• Salary: $23.00 per hour (32 to 40 hours per week)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Schedule: Early morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours

Overview

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• On-site Work: Work must be completed at the physical location.

Responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train staff or arrange for training
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Order merchandise
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare sales volume and personnel reports
• Resolve issues, including customer requests and complaints
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers

Supervision

• Supervise 5-10 staff members

• Standing for extended periods
