As we expand across North America, we’re looking for a Sales / Operations Coordinator who knows the retail, furniture, or home decor world inside and out.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the operational hub between sales, marketing, and logistics teams
  • Create and manage customer accounts across multiple platforms
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and order tracking systems
  • Assist the Sales Director with reporting, lead management, and process optimization
  • Coordinate trade shows, showroom events, and sample shipments
  • Compile and analyze sales reports, highlighting trends and opportunities
  • Ensure marketing and sales materials are delivered and up to date

    • What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a coordination, sales support, or operations role
  • Direct experience in furniture, home decor, or retail industries is required
  • Strong command of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables essential)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, design-forward business environment
  • A team-player attitude with a passion for beautiful, functional spaces
