About the Opportunity

As a Sales Lead, your role is to empower the team through support, rather than simply performing their tasks. This is a people-first role, rooted in leadership through service. What You’ll Be Doing

• Coaching and mentoring a team of sales reps to meet individual and team sales targets
• Supporting account managers and sales support teams in overcoming challenges by providing guidance and regular check-ins
• Leading performance conversations that celebrate achievements and address issues early
• Reviewing metrics and customer interactions to identify areas for improvement
• Coaching the team on problem-solving and reducing recurring issues
• Helping the team stay organized and aligned with expectations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
• Bringing energy and purpose to daily activities
