Responsibilities

• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
• Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures.
• Develop marketing and communication plans.
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations.
• Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets.

• Work locations may vary; frequent or constant travel is required.
