Responsibilities

• Operate cash register
• Maintain computerized inventory and re-ordering systems
• Provide advice about merchandise
• Assist in displaying merchandise
• Estimate prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates
• Greet customers and discuss merchandise or services
• Maintain sales records for inventory control
• Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease

Experience and Education Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
