Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing staff while ensuring excellent customer service. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate, including options for candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: Woodstock, ON
• Salary: $20.36 hourly, 30 to 44 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange training for staff
• Authorize payments and returns of merchandise
• Order merchandise and establish work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
• Resolve customer requests and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Conduct performance reviews

Requirements

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

• 1 to less than 7 months experience

Skills

• Computer knowledge: MS Outlook
• Ability to multitask and excellent oral communication
• Personal suitability: Client focus, organized, dependable, team player
