Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for various locations. We welcome applications from international candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

Job Details

• Location: Various locations in Ontario (Port Perry, Picton)
• Workplace Information: On site
• Salary: $36.05 hourly, 30 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
• Work Conditions: Day, Evening, Morning shifts

Responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Resolve issues, including customer requests and complaints
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Additional Information

• Own vehicle and willingness to travel regularly is required
