Our client is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor. This position comes with potential visa sponsorship for overseas candidates, including immigration support options.

Job Details

• Location: Mississauga, ON
• Salary: $36.10 hourly
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Location: On site
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Special Commitments: Morning, Day, Evening, Overtime available
• Vacancies: 1 vacancy

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (apprentices, interns, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Order merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
• Supervise office and volunteer staff

Qualifications

• Languages: English
• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
