Responsibilities

As a Retail Store Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assigning sales workers to duties
• Authorizing payments by cheque
• Authorizing return of merchandise
• Establishing work schedules
• Selling merchandise
• Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Resolving issues arising from customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organizing and maintaining inventory
• Supervising and coordinating activities of workers

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
