Responsibilities

• Hire and train staff or arrange for training
• Authorize payments and returns
• Order merchandise and manage inventory
• Establish work schedules and oversee staff activities
• Prepare sales reports and handle customer complaints
• Conduct performance reviews

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1-2 years in a retail setting
• Languages: English
• Skills: Attention to detail, client focus, excellent communication, ability to multitask
