Our client is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to manage their team and oversee store operations. Visa sponsorship options may be available for qualified candidates.

Job Details

• Location: 2929 Barnet Hwy, #2104, Coquitlam, BC, V3B 5R5
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $37.00 per hour / 35 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Special Commitments: Flexible hours
• Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Qualifications

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience

Experience in a supervisory role is an asset.

Language Requirements

• English
