Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor. This position offers permanent full-time employment with a salary of $22.00 per hour for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers

• 1 to 2 people
