Retail Sales Supervisor

Overview:
Join our team as a Retail Sales Supervisor where you’ll provide exceptional customer service and support our operations. We offer LMIA support for immigration needs after one year of employment.

Duties:

  • Greet customers and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including safely handling hazardous materials.
  • Assist customers in product selection and provide timely product information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Conduct minor maintenance tasks, including changing garbage bins and cleaning stations.
  • Promote store promotions and loyalty programs.

    • Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Excellent time management for handling multiple tasks.
  • Experience in store sales is a plus.
  • Organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and inventory.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

    • Candidates:

  • Willing to work in varying weather conditions and on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Support for immigration needs, with LMIA available after one year of employment.

    • Compensation:
    We offer competitive pay ranging from $17.50 to $18.00 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package.
