Retail Sales Supervisor in Kenora, Canada – Immigration Support Possible

Retail Sales Supervisor

Duties:

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including handling hazardous materials safely, and promptly responding to emergencies or spills.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, dispensing fuel accurately.
  • Assist customers in finding products and provide product information.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Conduct minor maintenance tasks, such as changing garbage bins and cleaning windshield wash stations.
  • Promote store promotions and loyalty programs.

    • Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in store sales is a plus.
  • Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and inventory.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

    • Candidates:

  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Support for immigration needs (Permanent Residency) will be provided, with LMIA available after a year of employment.

    • Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour.
