Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to manage the operations of their dining establishment. This role is open to international applicants, and visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.

Job Details

• Location: 12 Bridge Street, Sackville, NB, E4L 3N5
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $30.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Languages: English
